30-DAY REFUND & 30-SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a very generous 30-day return, and a 30-day exchange or storewide store credit to our customers.

If during an exchange, the total value of the order still exceeds our “Free shipping” limit, the shipping cost from us back to you is free of charge. 

Store credits are redeemable online at nosweatclothes.com.

All items are eligible for return or exchanges. Apart from sale items, gift cards or items marked “As-is items”. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable. And if applied to us during an ongoing return, this fee will be excluded from the refundable total value. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping. The customer will cover the return costs, which is determined by the weight of the returned items.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• The item(s) must be returned to us in the following condition:Unworn and in their original condition (undamaged, non-ironed, unwashed or dry-cleaned)
• Having all tags and stickers attached, with the original “package inventory” and its original packaging.
•  Disclaimer for Undershirts White and Polo Shirts Please note that due to high product turnover and continuous replenishment with new stock, all purchases of our Undershirts White and Polo Shirts are considered final. As a result, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on these items. We understand that this may be inconvenient and sincerely apologize for any disappointment this policy may cause. This measure helps us maintain product quality and ensure that all customers receive brand new, unused items. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

 Any item(s) not meeting these criteria will be disposed of, and not returned to the customer.

Regarding undershirts:

Our latest Undershirt ( NOT Undershirts 2.0) production has received feedback for not meeting our quality standards. 

The current undershirts are being sold at a discounted price but will still prevent sweat stains but not as effectively as our high standards require. No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW THE REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE IS HANDLED

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the value will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sitewide Store Credits will be sent as a personal email from us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unworn and unused
• With all tags attached
• In its original packaging
