What are the return requirements?
All items are eligible for a refund. Apart from sale items, gift cards or items marked “As-is items”.Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. And if applied to us during an ongoing return, this fee will be excluded from the refundable total value. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping. The customer will cover the return costs, which are determined by the weight of the returned items.Exceptions / non-returnable itemsThe item(s) must be returned to us under the following condition:- Unworn and in their original condition (undamaged, non-ironed, unwashed, or dry-cleaned).- Have all tags and stickers attached, with the original “package inventory” and its original packaging.- Any item(s) not meeting this criterion will be disposed of, and not returned to the customer.It's also required to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
How is the amount paid in the event of a refund?
In case of return, once the clothing has been received by the customer, and its good condition has been checked, refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
Who bears the cost of the returns or exchanges?
All shipping costs caused by exchange or return will be borne by the customer.In case after your return, the updated value of your order does not reach the minimum for free shipping, this fee will be applied and reduced from the ongoing refund.Note that for international returns, sometimes re-import customs charges may be incurred, where No Sweat Clothing has no responsibility, so if this case is of application, these costs will also be excluded from the ongoing refund.
How long do I have until I need to exchange or return items?
Are you not satisfied with your purchase or do you need a different size? You will be able to return your items within 180 next days from the reception of your order.All changes and/or returns must be placed within a maximum time lapse of 90 calendar days from the reception of the order, by filling the return form previously and following the instructions of the customer service after sending the said form. No returns will be accepted if there is no prior notification from the customer.
